Carol Lopinski is the principal consultant of Carol Lopinski and Associates, LLC and has three decades of experience working with the private, non-profit and state government sectors. Carol has her Masters in Social Work (MSW), is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and is Certified by the Academy of Social Workers (ACSW). Carol Lopinski’s experience in developing, implementing and administering family support, child abuse prevention and early childhood programs has changed the landscape of services for children and families in Arizona. Carol provides innovative thought leadership and has an ability to consider state systems, organizations and the needs of families. This has resulted in state and community initiatives that strengthen policies and service provision for Arizona families.
